Solicitud de nulidad del Auto 990/23.
Para el actor, los motivos contenidos en el auto atacado no son legales, pues en su criterio, en el escrito de súplica se presentaron claramente las razones por las cuales la providencia de rechazo no era procedente.
De manera subsidiaria a la nulidad, pidió que se admitiera la demanda y que se suspendiera de forma provisional la Ley 2277 de 2022.
Por resultar manifiestamente improcedente la nulidad invocada, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZARLA.
